David will discuss the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) - a sweeping initiative aimed at modernizing and streamlining the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).  As the government redefines how it buys goods and services, legal professionals are tracking these changes to prepare for how these regulatory revisions will impact compliance, contracts, and litigation risk.  The FAR has been revised in record time and is currently out for public comment.  These changes are expected to go live January 1, 2026.
