Jeffrey Grant – Deputy Director of the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)  

Jeff will be discussing the accomplishments and challenges of the CMS Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO).   He will provide his advice for contractors as the pursue work within his Center as well as how to best collaborate as an active contractor.
